Hey
I want to install a mp3-player on my wordperss blog.
The manual says that I have to go "Plugins" -> add new.
But I can't see the "Plugins" anywhere. Can somebody tell me where "Plugins" is? =)

See Managing Plugins to learn how to manually install a plugin.
To install a plugin from repository http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ click on Plugins->Add new, then use the terms search or click on a tag to find a plugin then click on Install Now when you find that plugin.
I don't have the "Plugins" on my dashboard.
Why don't I have the "Plugins" on my dashboard?
This is how it looks on my mac:
Appearance

....no "Plugins"?
you are at wordpress.com - right?
ask here

Yes I am at WordPress, check it out:
http://jaxonbeat.wordpress.com/
But still:

Settings
....no "Plugins", so where is it?
they have a different set up there
go to their forums by link I supplied
It says:
"Upload an mp3 file somewhere on the internet and link to it using our audio shortcode (if you have found a mp3 file elsewhere, simply grab its URL)"
...How do I grab its URL? =)
okay now I upgraded so I can upload mp3's =)
