   I was using "Fast and Secure Contact form" plugin, which is initiated by shortcode, and that worked until a few days ago. Now when I post the shortcode, it doesn't create the form, merely places the code in the TEXT.

   I am thinking another plugin might be conflicting with this, as I tried a few more plugins w/ shortcode & they don't work either. How can I tell?

   Yes it is probably another plugin.

   Do this as a test:
   Temporarily disable all your other plugins.
   Does it work now? If yes, enable the plugins one by one to determine
   which one conflicts. Which plugin was causing it?
