   Hi All,

   I have installed WordPress in a dev enviroment that does not have internet access. When trying to install any plugin, it asks for the web server details. Just thought it was odd that WP needs to know what the webserver details are before I install any Plugin's. Ive noticed this happens for any plugin I use, so Im guessing its something on WordPress.

   Anyway, throw your thoughts through if you have any?
