I can't see my Plugin manager page in the Admin today! I recently upgraded to WP2.x, and it was working last week - today it returns a 500 Internal Server Error. I was trying to reinstall Podpress, but hadn't activated it yet. Here is the error log from my server: what does this mean?

[Thu Jun 15 17:19:24 2006] [error] [client 65.70.239.x] Premature end of script headers: php-script, referer: http://MYSITE/radio/wp-admin/
[Thu Jun 15 17:19:30 2006] [error] [client 65.70.239.x] Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 0 bytes), referer: http://MYSITE/radio/
[Thu Jun 15 17:20:48 2006] [error] [client 65.70.239.x] Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12 bytes), referer: http://MYSITE/radio/wp-admin/

Someone please tell me how to fix!

You'll should contact your host. Send that info to their tech support.

Thanks Yosemite, you were right. My host was cool, they said

"This error is due to the fact that the maximum size of php files which were to be executed was 8MB, I increased this size to 32 and the problem is solved as I checked it.Please let us know if the problem persists."

    now it works again

I also had this problem and per above, I asked my host Dotster to increase memory. They responded quickly with:

    Hi,

you can actually create an .htaccess file and set the memory limit yourself to 16M by using the following code:

    php_value memory_limit 16M

    Thank you.

I did and the problem was solved.
