Plugins or widgets available for this?

Hi,

I am starting to build a wordpress website for one of my clients who is a school, and there are two features that they MUST have. Before I even get started I would like to know if there is anything available for this please:

1)SCHEDULING CALENDAR
They want to be able to have PARENTS, not admins, go onto the live calendar and schedule use time of the school conference romm. So anyone can schedule and see who is scheduled.

2)PAYPAL, EASY SHOPPING CART
OK so they also sell school TSHIRTS, etc.
How can I sell about 10-15 items on the site, without going into an extensive shopping cart system….or if paypal, is there a way to copy and paste code for this?
