   Hello all!

   I'm having an issue updating the plugins, I get the following error

   An error occurred while updating Google Analytics for WordPress: Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable..

   We're using a WIMP setup here (Windows IIS MYSQL PHP), and I have set the permissions so all users have read/write access to the wp-content folder but this still does not fix the problem.

   Does anyone know of a solution for this on Windows Server 2008?
