plugins list missing from admin

My plugins list has just gone missing from admin. (screenshot here). I am not new to wordpress so its not an obvious issue like proper folders or permissions. Those are all fine and the plugins are all working fine. I just cannot access them in Admin. They are all fine in FileZilla(screenshot here).Any help? Site is rccgbethelscourt.org.uk.
