Plugin(s) Learning Management System

Hello,

I am looking to create a WordPress site that would be able to do the following:

A user would come to the site and register. (a manager)

Once registered they would be able to add users (employees)

Managers would be in control of the users they have added

Managers can purchase a “token” that would allow certain users under their control to take a course.

Employees can only log in and view/take the courses their manager has bought for them.

I currently have developed a system that allows the manager to add/remove users under their control, but am having a lot of difficulties finding something that would allow the managers to purchase “tokens” for the users under their control.

Does anyone know of any plugins that would help me develop a WordPress site that would function in this way?
