Plugins in wordpress

    Hi, my blog is on WordPress.com. I want to add some plugins on my blog but couldn’t find a plugin menu on my dashboard. I am new to this, so I’m not sure. Pls help. How do I get to install the plugins?

    1 – this is the forums fopr self hosted WordPress installs, where you do indeed have the option to install plugins

    2 – WordPress.com have their own support forums

    3 – I don’t think you are allowed to add plugins of your own on there (might be a paid for option?)
