   Thank you Ryan. All fixed.
   One question. I simply copied over the top of my existing files and it seems to be all working as it should. Is it always necessary to run the upgrade.php? I kept my original index, css and config files in place.

   It is not always necessary when upgrading nightlies, obviously, but certainly wouldn't hurt when there is a recent backup. It has been about 8 weeks since a change in the upgrade-schema was made.
