Plugins disappered

    running 2 sites on multisite and cant even access the dashboard on the second site, but went into main site to adjust a few things and my plug-in menu has disappered, and so has the network administrator tab from the top of the page, what can i do or where did this disappear too??

    any help greatly appreciated.
