I get conflict from these two plugins:
* OneClick for WordPress
* WordPress Automatic Upgrade plugin
when they call this file: pclzip.lib.php
The solution is very simple - don't turn the two of them at the same time (and if you do - you might have to erase one via your FTP)
I am just sharing this in case someone else will face the situation and will go looking for it here...
p.s: the two are very good plugins (hopefully they'll get more widely supported in the future).
