When trying to install, I get this message :
Warning: fopen([host path]/uploads/zingiri-web-shop/log.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [host path]/wp-content/plugins/zingiri-web-shop/zing.inc.php on line 45
I've replaced my web host path with [host path]

This is what happened with me exactly.
You need to create that path.
After this, i've got:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in [doc root]\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\zingiri-web-shop\fwktec\classes\db.class.php on line 65
this is suck, when a clean install can not work on a clean wordpress.
Sorry for not following up on this thread, we didn't monitor these forums. We have other forums at http://forums.zingiri.com. Anyway we've added monitoring now so will be answering here as well in the future.
