Love the plugin, looks to be a great fit for our members with wordpress accounts.
However, if someone that does not have a wordpress account wants to submit a ticket, how can this be done?
We put a link on the support page directly to ourpage.zendesk.com and tested posting a ticket from an email not registered on our site.
If that user wants to check the ticket history on Zendesk, the redirect takes them to the wordpress login instead of seeing their ticket history.
Is there a way to make it so that the authenticated wordpress users can see their tickets and the visitors that don't have a user account on our wordpress site?
