No! This is not the case and does not display whatsoever.

Only the site administrator sees ticket widget in dashboard, but all other users cannot see contact form (and yes, contact form was enabled).

Anyone have a fix for this?

…And…

For Contributors, Editors, Authors; the widget (Contact Form) is NOT even available to select in screen options.

As such, I suspect that a key function is broken?

Update, just tried on another server/site. Same issue “Dashboard Widget Visibility” does not work below the Administrator account (credentials).
