   This works great and I am grateful someone has created something to help remove the horrible dashboard spam. I've long gotten rid of any Yoast plugins but the dashboard spam remains like an undead carcass. Even trying to remove from the dashboard simply creates an error message in its place. Thank you thank you thank you!

   Thanks. glad its still working.
   I deactivated all yoast plugins and the widget still persisted so I needed this plugin to remove it...

   I have to say thanks too :)

   and it still works for me on WP 3.2.1. with multisite installation.

   thanks. I am still using SEO, do you also know a way to remove the message that gets inserted in the header?
