   I had been tweeting this to Mitcho, but I thought maybe someone else on here would have an idea as to what is going on.

   I notice that I have lots of related posts for my post when I am viewing it in the WordPress admin area, and it shows them. However, when I view the post on the site like a normal user does, it drops from 6 related posts to 2 related posts. Here's an example of what I mean:

   I deactivated, then reactivated the plugin. That didn't help.

   Next, I deactivated, then deleted the plugin. Then I deleted the following tables from my WordPress database:

   Structure wp_yarpp_keyword_cache
   Structure wp_yarpp_related_cache

   Then I re-uploaded the version of the plugin that I downloaded from Mitcho's site. I got this error, which doesn't appear to be relevant to my problem:

   The plugin generated 116 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

   After seeing that, I noticed that YARPP had an update, so I auto-updated it. No more errors, and now my cache is re-building in the database. But, I still have the same problem.

   I see the six related posts in my dashboard. I have the threshold set low enough that ALL related posts should be appearing on my blog, but only a couple of them appear.

   On some other posts I get 4 or 5 related posts, but there ARE more that just aren't being shown by the plugin.

   Does anyone have any ideas? I noticed this behavior in the last couple of versions, but assumed it would get fixed.

   Another thing I just tried had an impact. I changed the maximum number of related posts to display from 6 to 4.

   Now instead of 2 related posts, it only shows 1 on my blog for this page:

   http://www.oralanswers.com/2011/03/teeth-whitening-side-effects/

   It still shows the correct number (4) in the admin area when I am editing the post... For some reason all of the posts aren't being pulled in when I call the php function related_posts()

   If I tell it to show 10 related posts, it shows 6, but they are not really related (it's showing 5 posts that have a match threshold less than 10, when I definitely have 6 posts that have a match threshold of 16 or above as you can see in my screenshot above)

   Perhaps YARPP doesn't like something about those posts, maybe there's a certain character that I use that makes it not display those posts... not sure.

   Note that the maximum number option isn't a guarantee that you'll get that many all the time. It looks like this might be a general effect, though, and I'll try to look into this.

   Are the related items that are missing (showing up in the admin but not for clients) pages? posts? Are they all some certain kind of object?
