   I can't get simply related posts by tags.
   I don't want to do a FULLTEXT search for find relateds ports by content and title.
   I want JUST tags and I can't.
   I can't find any documentation about it.

   YARPP can do this. In YARPP settings, make sure the "relatedness" options are displayed (go to screen options in the top right if it's not) and then change title and content to "do not consider". Then lower your "match threshold" to something like 2, and save. You should be set. :)
