   I might be using the wrong plugin to do this, but I like the concept of modifying the output display etc.

   I am trying to get a listing of all posts with the same tag.
   No weighting, nothing, just a list of posts with tags, and I'll modify it to show it in a clean "table".

   Could an option to select how the weighting is created be added?
   "only show same tag" etc?

   Yes, this is under the "relatedness" settings. Go to "screen options" to display the relatedness options.
