   I've used this for years, but just recently saw that a blogger had thumbnails in the list of posts. I've tried each template, and also used one I found somewhere else (Build Networks?) but I can't see any thumbnails.

   There's an image in each post, naturally, so why can't YAARP find them to make thumbnails? Do I have to change something?

   Drawer, YARPP doesn't have built in support for showing the thumbnails... you have to use a YARPP template to do so. Some instructions can be found if you search for "yarpp template thumbnail" or somesuch... there are a few tutorials around.
