   I've activate the plugin and put some news on the option page, but the YAnewsflash still inactive (shows red tables)

   Well from the screenshot you provided I see the date on the past. That date is the date that the newsflash will cease to show up. So put that in the future and you should be ok. I tested it with WP 3.0 and it worked.

   but you know
   the time I configure my news is at the time it was on the screenshot
   the same date, the exact hours
   I wonder why it not functioning that time

   does it have any plugin conflict?
