When you say it’s not redirecting, do you mean nothing happens? Or you get an error page?

And what version are you using?

PS. You should post messages on the google group, by the way. That’s the official channel for support.

where is the google group as well..?

I meant what version of the plugin, by the way.

In any case, I would delete the yak-for-wordpress directory. That will get your site working again. Then, reinstall, but disable all other plugins first. You’re experiencing an error which basically can’t happen without affecting *everyone*. Including my site. So I suspect there may be a strange incompatibility with another plugin.

Just to re-iterate, the sequence of steps I’d take are:

    1. delete the yak-for-wordpress directory
    2. disable all other plugins
    3. reinstall
    4. confirm YAK works okay
    5. reinstall your other plugins one by one (refresh the home page between each) until it fails again. Then you know which plugin is causing the problem.

HI my website guy is away so I cat get hold of him. How do I access the Yak-for-wordpress directory…?

Do I need to access it via godaddy where the site is registered?

Sorry for being such a noob….

Yes, you would need to access it through godaddy. I guess they use cpanel so there should be a file manager app which you can use.
