   Hi,

   I'm trying to use Website Payments Pro as my payment option but I keep getting my error page back.

   I have entered my API Username,Password, and Signature but I'm still not having any success.

   Can you help me?

   Check the log file for any errors. Also check the order log to see what response PayPal is actually sending (assuming you're even getting a response).

   Just in case, also disable all other plugins before testing. Occasionally there can be a plugin incompatibility which may cause a problem....
