Discussed via email. For anyone else’s reference, when the images aren’t added to the gallery from the page-edit screen, the plugin doesn’t pick them up correctly. Once they’re added via the page it works correctly.
I don’t really get it from where I should add the images? Are they featured images of the product posts? What exactly is the page-edit screen (the post pages edit screen?)?
I just pick them from the WordPress media gallery. There are all the pictures already uploaded, I just select them and set the featured image.
Depends on what version of WordPress you’re using. If you’re on 3.5 you can go to the Media Library and attach images to specific products (posts) and they should just appear in the gallery at that point.
