   I Bought their Handbook for $ 30.00 but still they don't provide the support.
   Can't able to Customize the flow.

   Poor and Un-Support plugin.

   Well you didn't buy it for $30. Because it's been $25 for ages (http://afillyateit.com/yak-for-wordpress/handbook).

   I replied to your email on the 19th of November. Can you check your junk folder in case the mail went there?
