   how can i add carousel into header.php (header of the website) so carousell will act as a menu?

   Use the php function ( see the Installation tab from the plugin page ):

   xtremeCarouselEcho(width,height,xmlFile) (e.g: xtremeCarouselEcho(595,420,'carousel-settings.xml') )
