[Plugin: XML Google Maps] Add legend to map

Hello,

Is there a way to add a legend on the map to differentiate between colored markers?

eg.) Blue – Italian restaurants
Red – Cafes
etc.

Example like this here:

This would be a great addition to a great plugin!
