I can't add a widget to sidebar 2. I have two WYSIWYG Text widgets. WYSIWYG Text 1 for sidebar 1 and WYSIWYG Text 2, intended for sidebar 2. I select "sidebar 2" from the drop-down and click 'Show', then click add next to WYSIWYG Text 2. Then the page refreshes and WYSIWYG Text 2 has been added to sidebar 1.

I have the same problem, but only in Firefox. In Internet Explorer I can add to my sidebar2.

I am having the same problem. Except switching to IE does not seem to help. Both Firefox and IE do the same thing. When I am viewing sidebar 2 and click on "add" the page reverts back to sidebar 1 and adds the widget to sidebar 1.
I hope there is another solution out there somewhere.

I got it working in IE6/PC. I added the # of widgets I needed then switched back to Firefox 3 to do the editing. Sort of a pain but at least it's possible to get it working.
Same problem for me
It automatically switch to first sidebar.
Could be a problem with theme?

I have the Fancy theme and I can't figure out how to add an etsy widget! help!
I just want it on my sidebar, it looks like this:
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.etsy.com/etsy_mini.js'></script><script type='text/javascript'>new EtsyNameSpace.Mini(6223783, 'shop','thumbnail',4,1).renderIframe();</script>
