    Hello,

The widget works on one of my sites but not the other. I have it set up the same way, but on one site it shows as a block that is the same color as the background of the page. The page is at http://www.owningasugarglider.com. Any suggestions?

    Hello there,

If you update to the latest version 2.0.3 this error should be taken care of. Actually some servers were not accepting long urls with encoded strings so we just cleaned our iframe subscription to something much shorter.

And now it should be working everywhere.

Try to update and let me know,

    Cheers,
    Ben

Thanks! That fixed the widget showing the background color, but...

I updated, but the widget is still not showing. The title is there but the rest of the widget is just blank. I double-checked all the settings. It's strange because the exact settings work on one of my sites but not this one.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,
There are some javascript errors on your website coming from different scripts, see it on this screenshot.

Javascript errors break the subscription form, but also other scripts from other plugins for sure. Fix those errors and it should work fine.

One hint probably one plugin is broken because of w3 total cache script minification. One solution could be to deactivate the minification in W3TC.

Try it out and let me know,

If it is still not working for you come to http://support.wysija.com , open a ticket and we will help you out from there.

    Hi,
I'm having a problem with the subscribe widget too. It worked before the upgrade, so I don't know if that changed anything. I tried deactivating the minification in W3TC. It didn't fix it, but completely deactivating the W3TC plugin, did fix it.

Is there a way to have people subscribe and still keep W3TC activated?

    Thanks!
    Ingrid

    Hi Ingrid,

Sorry for the late answer, is the issue still there when updating to version 2.0.3 ?

    Let me know,

    Cheers,
    Ben
