Hey folks. Just so you know, we offer help on this site (and not here!)

Yes, obviously because everyone can ask a question here, but on your web site there’s no way to ask a question without creating yet another account 🙁

Do you seriously expect people to create a separate account for every single plugin they install in WordPress in order to leave feedback? If you do, you have an over-inflated opinion of the quality and importance of your work.

FYI, I just wanted to report a bug: in Safari 5.1.2, I get this error message:

Yikes! Your browser isn’t supported. Get the latest Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.

So I’ll not be using your plugin.

Wow, that’s a supercharged first feedback!

We answer here too, sure. We simply prefer to track all our requests on our side, because we’re immediately notified. I’ll remove our initial message, since it might turn off some users.

Thanks for the bug report, we’ll double verify that. We’re still in beta, so we don’t recommended using it right now on a live site. Maybe this wasn’t clear enough, so our apologies.

Of course, you don’t have to use us! There are plenty of good newsletter plugins out there.

One quick update, as of tomorrow, the Safari warning issue will be deleted.

LMP – No plugin is required to provide support on the WP forums (and in fact having this posted here is one of the best ways to make sure people know that – second only to documenting it in the readme.txt, which they also did, though it could be more clear if they wanted to be so).

    Hi LMP,

Your issue has been fixed in our latest version.

Why are you guys compressing the php code to make it illegible?

    Hello mindctrl,

Actually the first idea that we had in mind by compressing the code it was to go under the 1mo package, right now we are way above so we could remove it. let’s says we have a system that package our code to then publish it on wordpress. Also the fact that is compressed help us with support as we can assume that nobody will try to alter the code, therefore we can trust the code is as we created it.

I’m not sure this is the right approach anymore, we will see what we’ll do in the next releases.
If you want a copy of the plugin commented and well indented I’ll be glad to provide it to you.

    Ben

benheu, thanks for the explanation. I would love to have a copy that’s commented and indented.

Loving the plugin so far. Thanks!
