    Yes. This plugin can.
    WTI Like Posts has a built in shortcode to perform that function.
    Just put a simple shortcode in a post / page and your most liked posts in past day, week or month list will be generated automatically.

    Actually it’s written in the manual here.

    I have tested it… It’s very handy… 🙂
