[Plugin: wpuntexturize] Good plugin, but doesn't work on Post Titles (1 post)

    This plugin is great, it's so annoying for WordPress to convert those characters to nonstandard non ASCII 256 characters.

    But quotes in Post Titles still get converted even with this plugin?
