   I remember could do that using the older version of WPTouch ...isn't it the new version had disabled this function?

   Just want to show avatar image (not just author's name) in post (eg. beside the author's name) and front (lists of excerpts) pages .... should I edit the code? how?

   Hi,

   This was never part of WPtouch's functionality. WPtouch supports post-thumbnals in the post listings but not the author's avatar.

   I knew the solution, the "poster avatar" Plugin could do this task !
