I have installed Alyeska Premium WordPress Theme and also installed WPtouch mobile enabled theme. And I seem to be having a problem when viewing mobile version in WPtouch the shortcodes show up in Mobile version for some reason.
Any idea why and or how to fix?

The free version doesn't support desktop theme shortcodes, currently. WPtouch Pro allows you to include your desktop theme's functions.php file, to allow shortcodes to work. We also have tutorials for customers on how to add short code support to WPtouch Pro.

Thanks very much I will have to try the paid version. Do you know if the paid version will work also on BuddyPress?
Please don't post a link to your site as a signature. It's not permitted. I have deleted them from your posts.
BuddyPress is not directly supported in either version at the moment.

You mentioned at the moment does that mean you are working on it. If so any idea when it will be supported?
Never say never, they say. We're not currently working on it, but if enough people want to see it, that could change.

Well the reason I say it would be of value clearly BuddyPress is a plugin that is highly being used in today's world of social media. It's also no secret and one that your company knows Mobile is blowing up fast.
It would seem like the two together would be a marriage made in heaven.

I'm on the list waiting for a BP mobile version. I would also buy the pro version. Buddypress mobile works fine with BP but it's really poor with WP.
WPTouch compatible with BP would be really nice. :-)
zorro, wceolin - With WPtouch Pro, you can exclude the BuddyPress-specific pages and have them load using the buddypress mobile plugin so the two can co-exist on the same installation.

@bravenewcode Are you sure it works?
wceolin,
By excluding the buddypress-mobile pages in WPtouch Pro, you can have WPtouch Pro take care of the rest of the pages/posts while buddypress-mobile handles the buddypres specific pages.
