The plugin must not embed external links on the public site (like a "powered by" link) without explicitly asking the user's permission. Any such options in the plugin must default to NOT show the link.

The default activation of your plugin adds a public-facing link to purchase the premium version of this plugin, which is a clear violation of the plugin guidelines.

Under "Logo Icon // Menu Items & Pages Icons", you may "Enable 'Powered By WPtouch' in mobile theme footer" or disable it as desired.

Right, it can be disabled, but the guidelines specifically spell out that these things must be opt-in, rather than opt-out.

I'd venture that a vast majority of people using your plugin have no idea they're putting links to purchase the premium version of your plugin on the bottom of all of their pages, seeing as they never opted in.

    Hi,

In the latest version, the "Powered by..." link is disabled by default. Thanks for your feedback.
