I have tried mutilple plug ins and no matter what I can not get my site http://www.twosistersandewe.com to load on a mobile device. It just says that there is no site available. I know that is not the case because I see it on the computer no issue. I am trying your plug in now and it still does not work. There must be an extremely easy fix but I still have no clue. Can please help? This is very frustrating. Thanks!

I don't know what's wrong... But did you uninstall the WPtouch and then try if it works? Because on my BlackBerry I get "We are sorry, there is no such site." and I think the error is caused by a database issue.

If the error is there even after WPtouch get unintended, then you should fix it from the database not from the plugin.

mikirobert, it looks like you may be using some sort of mobile redirection as I'm seeing a redirection to m.twosistersandewe.com on a mobile device.

Please remove any other mobile redirection and you should be able to use WPtouch as the mobile solution for your site.

    Thanks sanuja!

Thanks for your help. I actually don't even see where it was redirecting. When I originally set it up with the mobile pack that redirection was there. I removed it then but it did not work which is why I deleted it all together. Now with WPTouch I can not even find this m.twosistersandewe.com on the settings. I really appreciate anyones help.

Go yo you'd domain control and either delete the sub domain or rewrite the rule for the sub domain to Point to your mobile site. If you are with a hosting service, you will most likely have access to cPanel. You can do it from there under domains. If not, if you are hosting your site at home or something, change the sub-domain at your domain registrar.

I still can't access your site with a mobile unit.

    mikirobert,

WPtouch does not include an option to setup URL redirections. That is why it is very likely that there is some other type of mobile redirection applied to your website. It may be some type of plugin, .htaccess or PHP redirect. Please check with your site admin and see which type of redirection is in place.

    Thanks sanuja!
