   I was wondering if I can get the WPTouch toggle switch to display at the top of my blog site when an iPhone user views it. I'd like to offer the iPhone users the chance as soon as they see the blog.

   OR

   If that can't be done, can I insert a message for the iPhone user to scroll to the bottom of the page to toggle the iPhone theme? If so, how/where is that done?
