The directions for this plugin state that the icon needs to be in the following directory
These files will be stored in this folder we create: .../wp-content/uploads/wptouch/custom-icons
I find that if I add it to this directory
.../wp-content/plugins/uploads/wptouch/icon-pool
All is right in the world. Worked for me at any rate. :)
