Looks like WP Touch and the freshy 2 Theme (see http://www.jide.fr/english/downloads/freshy2) seem to conflict.
The switch to enable/disable the mobile theme remains there, but is positioned uncorrectly (moved to the right quite far).

I don't think it's your desktop theme, it's like another plugin's css that's interfering. Try turning on the 'Restricted Mode' setting in the WPtouch settings. That will prevent those css files from being loaded.
