Hey everyone, I am using the latest WP-Touch plugin as well as a chat plugin called Envolve from http://envolve.com I have checked the Envolve box under the compatibility options in the WPTouch settings to disable that plugin from showing on my mobile website, however, the chat still shows up even though I have disabled it.
Does anyone have a fix? I was able to disable another plugin "slick social share buttons" without any issues so I'm not sure why disabling the envolve plugin is not working.

The ability to disable plugins in the Compatibility settings is a feature of WPtouch Pro. You should login with your Pro account and request support at http://www.bravenewcode.com/support

Only WPtouch Pro includes the 'Plugin Compatibility' feature which allows you to disable specific plugins from loading in WPtouch Pro. Using it's child theme feature you can also try disabling the plugin's by removing the conflicting plugins' hooks.
