   After adding it to my themes/ directory, I can't see it in the admin themes list.
   This is a fresh install of wordpress 3.1 with some articles and pages for examples, nothing more. Did you try it against wordpress 3.1 ?

   3. Install the plugin by uploading the plugin folder under ‘~your site/wp-content/plugins/’ directory. (Please note it is under ‘plugins’, not ‘themes’ directory.)
