[Plugin: wpsc-simple-shipping] Apostrophes are not handled in the simple shipping descriptions

In the simple shipping module when I put an apostrophe in the description of the shipping option, it didn’t work properly.

The word I entered in the option was: I’m
It displayed on the webpage as: I\’m
In the backend it changed to: I\ (and got rid of the rest of the description)
