If plugin is deleted when somebody uses it, PluginStats still shows that plugin (path instead of name, for example "simple-ajax-shoutbox/ajax_shoutbox.php".
I think that deleted plugins should disappear from statistics.

Seeing the same thing. It might be useful for a history of plugins, but it'd be cool if there were a "Show current plugins" vs "Show history of plugins" stats views.
