just to note that the png that represents Arabic language flag (wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/res/flags/ar.png) is not correct (I don't know which country this is; maybe Argentina!,they speak spanish not arabic :)
I googled for an Arabic and Berber speaking country, example Morocco, and here's the flag: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/2c/Flag_of_Morocco.svg/18px-Flag_of_Morocco.svg.png
