   The download link appears when I get either a Tweet or a Google Plus but nothing comes from Facebook Likes.

   Also, is there a way to stop the counter from showing on all of the buttons?

   I release a new version in the next days. I hope the problem is fixed at the new version.

   And no, you can not hide the counter.

   There's nothing in the code I can change to stop the counter from showing on each of them?

   Is there a way to make it so that people have to BOTH "like" and "tweet" me before they can download? I have a nice quality download but I'd like to get both the Like and Tweet before I give it out.

   No, you can't. You can try to hide the counter via css. Set the height or width of the button outline so that the counter is hidden.

   It is not possible with this plugin. And it is a very special requirement. You can hire me to do this, but I don't integrate it in the plugin.
