    Using v2.1, I have only a blank page in Facebook.
    facebook url: http://apps.facebook.com/thesanj/
    website url: http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/

    wpBook settings:
    canvas URL: http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/
    TAB URL: http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/blog?app_tab=true
    (tried without "/blog", results the same)
    FaceBook AppId: 196215643732917
    Facebook secret matches to Web Site Core Settings, Application Secret

    Check permissions url is: http://apps.facebook.com/thesanj/?is_permissions=true&wp_user=1

    In Advanced Settings (Facebook) all are enabled, except for 'Sandbox mode' and 'Stream post URL security'

    in wpBook stream/wall options, only publish new posts to facebook wall is checked. profile id is filled in. All Application View options are unchecked.

    Debug file shows:
    2011-03-16 14:54:22 : Cron Running
    2011-03-16 14:54:22 : Facebook object: Facebook Object

    [sessionLoaded:protected] =>
    [cookieSupport:protected] => 1

    I'm not getting a blank page in Facebook, I'm getting the one and only post from:
    http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/blog

    You will have some issues, though, as your homepage isn't your blog page.

    WPBook expects the permalinks to 'descend' from the canvas page url, and Facebook won't allow access outside that.

    In other words, your list page url is:
    http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/blog

    but your permalinks are like this:
    http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/the-first-post-has-a-title

    In other words, the permalinks don't start with /blog/ - so Facebook won't let the app access the pages outside the /blog/ path.

    What happens if you leave the canvas url at just http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/

    John,
    I've changed the Canvas URL to: http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj/
    and the Tab URL to: http://www.thesanj.com/theSanj?app_tab=true

    I'm still getting a blank page.

    I'll take heart that you're seeing something and look at this from another machine.

    Ok, I've checked from another machine and the app works there. Time to freshen-up this box.
    Thanks for the support

    Might be just an issue with an old Facebook cookie from you as an admin or something - I'd try clearing cache and deleting cookies on the machine that didn't work.

    If it consistently doesn't work on that machine let me know the operating system, browser, and version.

    Clearing cookies gave me access to the app in Facebook.

    When I try posting I get this message:
    Caught exception in stream publish for user: (#200) This API call requires a valid app_id.Error code: 0

    I then 'checked permissions' in wpBook settings, got this:
    Your userid is 530797976
    You will need to enter that number into the WPBook settings page on your WordPress install.
    This user_id has granted these permissions:
    * offline_access - no
    * read_stream - no
    * publish_stream - no
    This user has NOT set an access_token for the application to use.

    Make sure the userid was correct. check permissions again gave same results. on facebook page clicked on "Grant or re-grant permissions for your userid."
    got blank page with this url:
    https://www.facebook.com/dialog/oauth?client_id=196215643732917&redirect_uri=http://apps.facebook.com/thesanj/?wp_user=1&scope=offline_access,read_stream,publish_stream

    Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
