   This plugin has worked well for me in all the other major browsers, but I just set up an IE9 installation for testing and a click on the Play button opens up the animated area but the audio file does not play. Clicking pause at that point does nothing.

   I'm using version 3.1 of the plugin, although I did hack it a bit to stop it adding CSS via JS since I write my own custom CSS in my main stylesheet. I tried a vanilla install of the original plugin, and the same thing happens in IE9: it just won't play at all.

   Can anyone help with this? Here's an example on my live site:

   As more people upgrade to IE9 I'd hate to have this unfixed. And I just looked around and I can't find any viable alternative to this plugin (HTML5 using Soundmanager Flash fallback for playing MP3s without a bunch of bloat).

   Todd, any ETA on the next version mentioned in other recent posts?

   I have this same issue with WPaudio MP3 Player not working in Internet Explorer 9. The player shows, but when clicking on "Play" the audio doesn't play at all. Just sits idle.

   Anyone has a solution please?
