[Plugin: WP Wall] Adding images/link/video support

I’m not sure if this would be the right place for this but I am looking for something similar to this but would allow the uploading of images and auto-linking of URLs. Something similar to how folks can write on your wall in Facebook. I’d like to be able to have users posts comments/shouts to the “wall” but also be able to post photos, and links directly to the wall and have them accessible via a small link after the “comment”.

How hard would that be to add to something like this?
