   WP UI is a clever plugin, but some of the WP UI widget admin panel stopped working properly when I upgraded to MU 3.5.

   Now it works like a charm on all of my sites . . . except my main site. Any idea where to look to fix this?

   Or let me phrase this differently, any idea why a CSS or JS would not function on the main site but would function properly on all the other sites?

   Does it store any data in wp-content/uploads?

   That's where we found it. (Saw this shortly after fixing the problem.)
