Having trouble rendering tabs. When using shortcode, I see a great rendered list, but no tabs. Looking at the help in HTML mode, I defined the default style, placed titles and content for tabs and I continue to see a beautifully rendered list -- but no tabs.
Would you have any insight to help me? I have both the latest version of WP and your plug-in installed.
I tried to look at your site for additional help, but I keep getting a 500 error. I'm happy to email screen shots or sample code also.
Thanks!
Ashley

Hi Ashley,
If you can see the tabs list, but not the content, then unchecking the option wp-admin -> WP UI options page -> Effects tab -> Collapsible tabs would fix this issue.
If it doesn't please send me a link to the test page with the problem. You can either post in the my forums or send me a mail.
Sorry about the site downtime, it's been fixed. :)

Hi there, Do the tabs open on click? Try saving the options once and please let me know. Options fields might be missing sometimes. :)

so, i figured it out finally. if you use just the html or visual editor version of the shortcodes, the beginning [wptabs] and ending [/wptabs] are never inserted. or did i miss something?
anyway, if i type everything from scratch or just add those in everything works just fine.
thanks.

Sounds strange. Does both the visual and HTML mode editor buttons have this problem? Clearing the cache might help sometimes. May i know, what version of the plugin and wordpress do you have currently installed?

Hi, Kavin,
I'm running new installations of both - 3.2.1 on wordpress and 0.7.4 on the WP-UI plugin. Are you talking about flushing the template cache or something else?
Thanks,
Julie

Hi Julie, I meant the browser cache. I think there might be a plugin conflict. Does the other buttons on the editor work normally? Do you have firebug or chrome installed? Sorry for lining up more questions. :)
